Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final. In the rare instance that your product is damaged upon delivery, please email daisyfaithart@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of item with photos of the packaging and item, and I will work with you to fix the problem.

Shipping:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders ship from Wilmington, North Carolina. For domestic orders, I ship within 3-5 business days. Prints and cards are shipped via USPS, and paintings are shipped via USPS or UPS (depending on size). Extra large paintings may require a crate service. Tracking information will be provided for every order.

International orders: Currently, I ship to select countries outside of the U.S. via USPS International. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. You can also purchase prints of my work from Artfully Walls

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is included in your total.

Privacy:

We will not sell, buy, or trade any of your information.

Lost/Stolen Items:

If your order gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for orders once proof of shipment is generated. If your order is marked as ‘delivered,’ you have verified the delivery address as correct, and you believe it to be stolen, you must contact the shipping service directly.

Ownership:

Artist retains all rights to all sold and unsold artwork, including any commissioned original pieces. It is up to the Artist's sole discretion as to whether a piece of artwork is used to make reproductions. Images may not be reproduced, resold, or used in any form without written consent. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the Artist's written permission.
