Who owns the rights to the painting?

When you purchase an original painting as the collector, you have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission. This means, You, the collector will be the artworks forever home which may be gifted or inherited.

I retain all rights to all artwork and images I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has first purchased the original painting AND the collector has additionally purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork.

I am absolutely happy to have an open discussion with you if purchasing my rights to reproduce the artwork, full or partial, interests you to ensure that the artwork will never become a print.

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

If the artwork is used in reproduction in a magazine or other media, I ask that credit be given to me.

Prints

All of my prints are Giclee-quality and created with very high quality materials including pigment-based inks and archival papers. With proper care, these prints can last many decades without significant fading.

Print Care

Keep handling to a minimum. As with all art on paper, prints should not be displayed in direct sunlight or near high levels of heat or moisture; a controlled environment is best. Do not attempt to clean surface with water, damp cloth, or any type of solvent. For best results, have your piece professionally framed with archival materials.

I need a larger print size! Can you do that?

It’s quite possible! Depending on which print you are referring to. Just email me at daisyfaithart@gmail.com and I’ll see what I can do.

Do you offer framing?

I don’t offer framing but some of my paintings come framed. In the item description it will specify if the painting includes the frame or not. If the painting doesn’t come framed then that either means it’s painted on paper OR framing isn’t included but the edges of the painting will still be gallery finished and you can decide to frame later or not at all.

Are you accepting commissions?

Yes! I’d love to hear what you have in mind. Please visit my Commissions page for more details.
